We use 1 1/4" thick billet aluminium triple trees with genuine HD 41 mm fork assemblies, which are machined to fit our beefy 2 3/4"  aluminum fork covers for that solid look.

We lace hubs to any rim size, using a variety of spoke designs.  Custom finishes are also available.
